Knowledgeable

A strong grasp of core knowledge is the foundation of great teaching. At Streamline Aviation, instructors must demonstrate this foundation in technical interviews and by scoring a 96% or better on an official FAA knowledge test to be considered for our instructing staff.

Professional

Each member of the Streamline Aviation instructor staff has extensive experience both as a pilot and a teacher. All of our instructors exceed the FAA requirements to qualify for the Chief Instructor position at other schools. In addition, new instructors receive more than 80 hours of training to meet our specific company standards. This ensures that every instructor is an expert in our curriculum before stepping into a classroom or sitting in a cockpit.

Personable

Our instructors are also selected based on their ability to be engaging in an interactive learning environment. We realize that there is a vast difference between flight experience and the ability to provide exceptional flight instruction. Therefore, we hire instructors who possess the excellent communication skills required to make a connection with each customer.
